This season brings a special limited edition, representing the pinnacle of Kankiku Meijo's sake brewing.

From Kankiku Meijo's top-tier "Sononamai 29% polished rice" series comes an ultra-limited "origarami" sake, specially created for this year only.

This sake is crafted from Chiba Prefecture's original sake rice, "Sononamai," polished to the extreme to maximize its potential. However, due to last year's high temperature damage and a surge in rice prices, securing raw materials became difficult, leading to this rare release of only 720ml bottles.This special edition, only available now, is designed to record even these challenging circumstances.

The flavor profile features the delicate fizziness unique to origarami, which dances pleasantly in the mouth. Combined with the clear, unblemished palate characteristic of highly polished rice, it creates a juicy, fruity expression.The smoothness, free of any harshness, is complemented by the depth brought by the origarami, achieving both refreshingness and a satisfying body.

The concept is "Diffused Light."It expresses how the light of hope found during the pandemic, though wavering amid new challenges like soaring rice prices and climate change, transforms and spreads. The label design also features an ethereal visual of light diffusing.
