The 2025 vintage marks the debut of this rare release, limited to just 470 bottles.

Crafted through a field blend, this wine combines grapes primarily from a single vineyard, featuring four main varieties: Gewürztraminer, Kerner, Müller-Thurgau, and Pinot Blanc. Rather than fermenting each variety separately, the grapes from the same plot are co-fermented to express the unique character of the land and the harmony woven by each variety.

With the inclusion of aromatic varieties like Gewürztraminer, the wine offers a bright and rich bouquet, yet it goes beyond mere fragrance, delivering depth and a sense of unity created by the layering of multiple grape varieties.

This is a new challenge for Kai Winery, a long-held vision finally brought to life in a single bottle.
