A red wine made from various grape varieties experimentally cultivated at tetta!

One of tetta's characteristics is the experimental cultivation of various grape varieties.
There are over 30 varieties of wine grapes alone, and varieties with too small a yield to be released individually are gathered and co-fermented in a single tank. Even varieties generally considered incompatible join together as companions in the tank, helping each other and resulting in a wine with unique character.

A pale red color with a subtle hint of purple.
A complex aroma of red fruits such as raspberry, cranberry, and American cherry, along with forest floor and leaf mold.
There's a slight sweetness, and with firm acidity and tannins, it gives a fresh and youthful impression.

The finish offers a lingering richness and umami alongside the fruitiness.
The fruitiness seems to expand even more a few days after opening. Recommended for those accustomed to natural wines from overseas.
