The Japan Wine Challenge is the oldest wine judging competition in Japan.
The 26th edition of the event in 2023 saw over 1,200 entries from 29 countries around the world, which were subjected to rigorous screening by prominent figures in the wine industry from Japan and abroad.

The wine uses Chardonnay from Takayama Village, which is famous in Japan for being a high-quality producing area.
A mellow flavour with hints of ripe mango and green apple.
