[Sakai Winery Mazekoze Wine White]

A daily white wine, a "hodgepodge" of grape varieties and vintages.

This unique wine is a blend of all varieties, regardless of grape type or harvest year.
When other non-filtered wines are bottled, only the clear liquid is separated, and the remaining lees are collected, settled, and then the clear liquid is bottled again.

It is a light and easy-to-drink white wine with a subtle sweetness and exquisite acidity.

Sakai Winery, founded in 1892, is the oldest winery in the Tohoku region.
Around 2007, they switched from conventional farming methods to organic grape cultivation in their own vineyards, and they graze about 20 sheep in the fields for weeding.

They produce wine using natural yeasts and microorganisms present in the land, and adhere to traditional methods such as their non-filtered production method, which they have continued since their founding, creating distinctive wines rooted in the local terroir.
