This is a freshly squeezed new sake from the famous brand ``Kame no Umi'' that has many repeat customers!

This is the first new sake in the Kame no Umi series, brewed using Hitogokochi from Nagano Prefecture.
Nakakumi is bottled directly from the tank opening, with an emphasis on freshness.

It has a scent reminiscent of pineapple and fresh melon, and a pleasant sweetness of rice.
It has a fresh feel typical of new sake and a slightly tingly, slightly effervescent nuance.

It goes perfectly with hot pot dishes such as mizutaki.
