Made from 55 % contract-grown Miyama Nishiki rice and brewed with No. 901 yeast, this is a freshly squeezed, youthful and refreshing new sake that strongly expresses Morishima's image.

A feeling of microfoam that feels fresh around the mouth.
The light taste and the bitterness unique to Miyamanishiki are well-balanced, and you can also feel the refreshing and clean acid that is typical of Morishima.
