[Kurozaemon Daiginjo Omachi Unfiltered raw sake】

This daiginjo sake is the pinnacle of the brewery's name , " Kurozaemon, " which has been passed down for generations.

It has a fresh, gorgeous aroma that is typical of Shindo Sake Brewery and a clean taste.
When you put it in your mouth, the umami flavor of Omachi rice spreads, leaving a very gentle aftertaste.

When the head brewer, Mr. Shindo, was young and aiming to become a sake brewer, the first memorable sake he encountered was a daiginjo made from Omachi rice.
He had made up his mind that he wanted to make such a sake someday, and on the occasion of his 20th year of sake brewing, he released it as a response to the efforts he had made up to that point.

It has a model Daiginjo fragrance, an elegant richness, and a wonderful balance of refreshing acidity and sweetness, resulting in an exquisite finish.
