A popular orange wine every year, bringing out the deliciousness of the fruit
This orange wine is made from Yoichi-grown Delaware grapes, with the skins macerated in the juice before fermentation to maximize the flavor.
It is then fermented in old barrels and aged in barrels for about one month.
Rita Farm & Winery is a small winery run by a husband and wife, the third to open in Yoichi, Hokkaido.
All wines made from their dedicated varietals use 100% grapes from their own vineyards, and they practice natural fermentation with wild yeast to pursue the terroir.
Even during wine transfer, only gravity is used to avoid stress, and a gravity filler is used for bottling.
