A popular orange wine every year, bringing out the fruit's umami.

Delaware grapes from Yoichi are macerated with their skins in the juice before fermentation to maximize their umami.
It is then fermented in old barrels and aged in barrels for about one month to create this orange wine.

RITA FARM & WINERY is a small winery run by a husband and wife, the third to open in Yoichi, Hokkaido.
All wines made from their dedicated grape varieties use 100% estate-grown grapes, and they practice natural fermentation with wild yeast to pursue terroir.
Wine transfer is done solely by gravity to avoid stress, and bottling also uses a gravity-fed filling machine.
