Made with 100% sake rice cultivated in the terraced rice fields of the Tosa Reihoku district, it has a refreshingly dry finish.

It goes well with fish dishes, such as seared bonito, sashimi, and boiled fish, and can be enjoyed during meals.

・About Tosa Sake Brewery Since our founding in 1877 in the Tosa Reihoku region, a mountainous area in the northern part of Kochi Prefecture, we have been striving to make high-quality sake in the abundant water and clear air. Tosa Town, Tosa District, Kochi Prefecture, where our sake brewery is located, is surrounded by a quiet natural environment on the shores of Lake Sameura, which is said to be the source of the Yoshino River, which flows through central Shikoku. All sake rice is grown in the rice terraces in the mountains of the Tosa Reihoku region, the hometown of the sake brewery.
