Ugonotsuki Junmai Daiginjo Hattan Hiyaoroshi 720ml/1800ml
[Ugo no Tsuki Junmai Daiginjo Hattan Hiyaoroshi]
This is an autumn-only sake from a highly skilled brewery.
This is a chilled sake brewed using "Hattan", a rice variety suitable for sake brewing that Hiroshima Prefecture is proud of, and aged over the summer.
Refreshing ginjo aroma.
It has a well-balanced taste with a refined, deep flavor and a crisp aftertaste.
We also recommend comparing it with the "Amago no Tsuki Junmai Daiginjo Senbonnishiki Hiyaoroshi" which was released at the same time!

・Founding and history
Founded in 1875, the brewery produced 1,700 koku of rice in 1895, making it one of the top three sake breweries in the prefecture. Although the brewery temporarily closed due to the war, it continued to focus on sake brewing.
A major change occurred in 1988 when Junichiro Aihara became president.
Wanting to make delicious sake that he himself would drink, he puts "quality first" first and has transformed into a ginjo brewery.
・Origin of "The Moon After the Rain"
The brewery's signature sake, "Ugo no Tsuki" (Moon After the Rain), was named by the second-generation owner, Aihara Itaru, after the title of a short story in an essay, "Nature and Life," published in 1900 by novelist Tokutomi Roka.
"In the sky after the rain, the moon shines brightly, shining brightly all around." This is the name that the brewers always aim for, as they want to brew a clear and beautiful sake like that.
