Morishima Junmai Daiginjo Suisei
Suisei reveals a new facet.
For the first time, a pasteurized-in-bottle type makes its long-awaited debut in the Suisei series, which has previously only offered freshly pressed new sake. This sake expresses a sophisticated charm, distinct from raw sake.
The Morishima series values "the value of absence" and "fleetingness that gently fades away." While utilizing the unique characteristics of "Suisei" sake rice from Hokkaido, its world view is carefully depicted through the lightness unique to pasteurized sake and the accent of beautiful acidity.
Upon tasting, the smart and delicate sake quality characteristic of Morishima is harmonized with a subtle umami and pleasant acidity that spread gently. A light and transparent flavor quietly expands, leading to a soft and elegant aftertaste characteristic of Junmai Daiginjo.
While showing a calmer expression different from raw sake, the beautiful vanishing act characteristic of Morishima remains unchanged. This is a memorable sake that allows you to experience a new charm.
