Speaking of nothing, it is famous as barrel-aged barley shochu, and of course it is a popular shochu in our store.

"Muichibutsu" is attractive for its beautiful amber color, but in order to release it as authentic shochu based on the existing Liquor Tax Law, it is necessary to have the same color as other barley shochu, which has a short aging period. In order to keep the original color and flavor of long-term barrel aging, Iki's brewery continued to appeal for the abolishment of absorbance over and over again.
We want to deliver pure and delicious sake without being bound by the product of authentic shochu. With that in mind, we launched Uranu Ichimono, a barley shochu that has been stored for 5 years in sherry casks on the island of Iki.

The alcohol content is adjusted to 29% to bring out the complex flavors of each barrel and the concentrated umami.
The degree of coloring is three times darker than the existing Muichimono.
