[Madako Beni Undiluted Sweet Potato Shochu]

Normally, water is added to adjust the alcohol content, but the "Madako" series is distilled at 30% alcohol without any added water.
It uses Beni Kotobuki sweet potatoes, Miyazaki-grown Koshihikari rice, and black koji to express an even richer flavor.

We recommend serving it warm (body temperature) or as an oyuwari (mixed with hot water)!
As the cold deepens, please enjoy it with fatty seafood or flavorful hot pot dishes.
