[Buyu I Love You Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku Freshly Squeezed]

Takeyu's hugely popular "I Love You" series has previously released three items using Yamadanishiki rice: direct-drawn, pasteurized, and origara. This year, however, they have been renewed to use different rice depending on the season.

The first release is a freshly squeezed, raw type made using Gohyakumangoku rice.
Until now, sake has had a refreshing, sharp impression with blue notes like melon or white grapes, but Gohyakumangoku takes advantage of the characteristics of rice, which is said to tend to produce delicate flavors, to create a rich, sweet flavor.

Creamy and rich fragrance.
The combination of a fizzy, gassy feel and a sweet attack makes for a juicy taste.
The aftertaste is not too long, and fades away smoothly with a strawberry or blackberry-like acidity.

It has a fascinating flavor with a different expression from the regular Buyuu.
