The Merlot from our own vineyards is harvested when fully ripe, carefully selected, brewed, and aged in Otaru barrels for 12 months.

A gorgeous and complex aroma reminiscent of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries.
This is a product the winery is proud of, with a rich yet delicate mouthfeel.
