It has a refreshing apple-like aroma, a gassy sensation that subtly stimulates the tongue the moment you put it in your mouth, and a characteristic freshness like lush, freshly picked fruit.
This is a raw sake with origami brewed using new Gohyakumangoku rice and is only available in the winter.

About Kankobai Sake Brewery
The province of Ise has been known as a rice-producing region since the Heian period, and has developed a culture of sake brewing.
Since its founding in 1854, Kankobai Sake Brewery has been honing its sake-making skills here.

Kankobai sake is brewed by hand using carefully selected rice and clear water.
Since most of the processes remain the same, we are only able to produce a limited amount each year.
To compensate for this, we pour our passion into every drop of sake brewing.
