Following Honjozo and Junmai Sake, this is the last Fudo Aged Series product that has been carefully stored by the hot pot shop for 20 years.

Compared to Fudo Junmai Ungenshu Koshu, it has been aged in the bottle for a longer time and has the elegant sweetness and deep aged aroma typical of Ginjo, which can be enjoyed both chilled and warmed.
