Brewed at a sake brewery located at the eastern end of Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, this sake is made with high-quality soft water drawn from underground, Hiroshima-grown sake rice "Senbon Nishiki" polished to 65%, and Hiroshima Ginjo yeast, resulting in a rich flavor and smooth mouthfeel.
By omitting the activated carbon filtration process, the original flavor of the unfiltered sake is preserved more strongly.
It is an attractive sake with a rich aroma derived from Hiroshima Ginjo yeast and a rich umami flavor of rice.

This brewery, located in the eastern part of Hiroshima City, was founded in 1916.
Behind the brewery, there is a rocky mountain called Iwataki-yama, from which flows high-quality soft water. The brewery's brewing water is also drawn from a well dug on the premises, utilizing the undercurrent water from Iwataki-yama.
