Kyohei-do's 2021 Autumn Release Clair
This wine, primarily made from 2021 Muscat Bailey A, along with Kyoho, Koshu, and Merlot, has been aged for about 10 months in medium and small barrels.
It has a pale madder red color.
On the nose, there are aromas of melon, delicate lychee, grapefruit, pear, raspberry, and violet, with a prominent presence of herbal notes like thyme.
The palate is light, and green aromas fill the mouth.
As the temperature rises, red fruit and cedar nut-like aromas gradually emerge, and the finish is milky with a slight hint of pink pepper spice.
Enjoy at a low temperature in a narrow glass.
