A rich, refreshing, slightly sparkling rosé wine

This slightly effervescent sparkling wine is made from table grapes (Labrusca variety) such as Kyoho and Nagano Purple, which are grown in the winery's own fields in the Kano area of ​​Tomi City, Nagano Prefecture.

After fermentation using wild yeasts is complete, the wine is bottled with late-harvested Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, or other fruit juice, and then the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle.

The color and flavor are deeper than usual, more like a slightly effervescent red than a rosé, and the gas pressure is very low.
Enjoy the rich, refreshing flavor that is unique to the Labrusca variety.

Unfiltered, unclarified, and no sulfites added.
