It's crafted to carefully bring out the umami of sweet potato, and truly shines when served with hot water.

This is a dedicated limited brew from a distillery known for popular imo shochu brands like "Kai" (Ocean) and "Kujira" (Whale), enjoyed by a wide range of generations.

Since the unblended shochu, prepared with black koji, is bottled unfiltered, it appears slightly cloudy, allowing the full umami of the sweet potato to be felt.
It features the profound richness characteristic of black koji, and a mellow, deep flavor.

First, please enjoy its aroma and richness served straight, then savor the expanding umami of sweet potato when served with hot water.
