This wine was made for fun during the assemblage of GROOOVE NIKU YARO 2022.
With the softness of Merlot and the mellowness of Berry A, it is designed to pair well with richer meat dishes such as lamb ribs and Jingisukan.
While GROOOVE NIKU YARO 2022 was for a wide range of meat dishes, this "Ura Niku Yaro" allows you to enjoy the unique charm of Japanese grapes even more.
As it undergoes malolactic fermentation in the bottle, it has a slight spritziness when first opened.
From two days after opening, the slight carbonation dissipates, and the wine is enveloped in the rich lactic aroma of the wine itself, with a pleasant tannin and crisp acidity.
It transforms into a flavor you'll want to enjoy with semi-hard cheese.
