Just when we thought the animal series had reached its final chapter, "Mejika" (Doe) suddenly appeared as a hidden trump card from President Masuda of Kankoubai Sake Brewery.
By using a different yeast than the "Kankoubai Junmai Ginjo Karakuchi Deer," this "super aromatic" Junmai Ginjo was crafted to achieve the most flamboyant fragrance in the series' history.

It features a fragrance reminiscent of vibrant fruit, with a sweet and gentle flavor profile.
You can enjoy the fruitiness that softly spreads across the palate with a pleasant sense of body.

For this release, we intentionally crafted a highly aromatic profile with holiday feasts in mind.
It is perfect for enjoying chilled, and pairs exceptionally well with festive dishes such as turkey or roast beef.
