The aging process has softened the edges, resulting in a complex, deep flavor where the intense umami, mellow sweetness, and well-balanced acidity harmonize beautifully.
While maintaining the robust character typical of unfiltered raw sake, it offers a smooth mouthfeel and an impressive, lingering finish.
