Named after the thirty-six people who built the free city of Sakata and the men who lived bravely in that era, this sake aims to be a "daily life sake" that can be enjoyed as an evening drink or otherwise in everyday life. Therefore, we do not particularly pursue aroma, but rather aim to produce a sake that can be safely enjoyed without its taste breaking down even when heated.
We strive for a dry, crisp taste with a deep and expansive flavor.
