This limited edition sweet potato shochu is made from high-quality Beni Haruka sweet potatoes from Kagoshima Prefecture, which are roasted until golden and sweet.
This time, we roasted the sweet potatoes to a deeper brown, focusing on balancing the aroma with the sweetness of the Beni Haruka potatoes.

When you put it in your mouth, the aroma of potato envelops you, making you feel as if you are biting into a roasted sweet potato.
It expresses the fluffy texture, aroma, and gentle sweetness you feel when you bite into a baked sweet potato.
