This is a meticulously crafted sweet potato shochu, made from red sweet potatoes called Kotobuki Imo, grown in Kushima, Miyazaki, the land of the sun.
At 25% alcohol, you can fully enjoy the rich aroma, sweetness, and umami derived from the red sweet potatoes, as well as the depth unique to black koji preparation.

Jukai Shuzo was founded in 1985. It was established through the unity of five shochu breweries, each with over 100 years of history.
Since 2010, the organization changed to a stock company, and with the precious spirit of the breweries passed down through generations, we continue to deliver authentic shochu, which can be called a culture of Southern Kyushu.
