Limited Distribution Shochu Made with the Precious Sweet Potato "Kuri Kogane"

This is a limited distribution imo shochu brewed with white koji, using the rare Kuri Kogane sweet potato, which is cultivated in very small quantities in the Nansatsu region.

As expected from Kuri Kogane, also known as the "phantom sweet potato," it boasts a delightful aroma, sweetness, and a crisp finish.
Recommended served with water or on the rocks.
