[Agri-Coeur Muscat Bailey A 2023]

This is the original brand of Hiroaki Katayose, who served as the production and brewing manager of Domaine Tetta!

The Muscat Bailey A is de-stemmed and fermented at low temperature for about a month with almost no punch down.
It is then left to rest for about 3 months before being bottled.

If you drink it chilled, you will get lovely strawberry notes, while if you drink it at a higher temperature, around 20°C, you will get richer black currant and blueberry notes.
Enjoy the taste of 100% grapes with nothing added.

*No sulfite added and bottled in cold season. Storage in a warm place causes the gas and liquid in the bottle to expand.
In addition, there is a possibility of some fermentation in the bottle due to residual sugar, which may cause the cork to float.
This will not lead to deterioration. Please understand this before purchasing and storing the product.
If you store it on its side, we recommend storing it in a bag in case the cork comes loose and the wine spills.
