[Care Fit Farm Winery Ruby 2021]

A Muscat Bailey A with a very high-quality finish, typical of Carefit Winery.

The wine is made from 100% Muscat Bailey A grapes from our own farm in Katsunuma, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and then aged in oak barrels.
It is fermented with wild yeast without adding sugar, and is finished without adding any antioxidants or filtering.

It has a sweet and charming aroma of black currant and blueberry, along with spices and cocoa from the barrels.
It has a smooth mouthfeel, with rich fruitiness and moderate acidity balanced with gentle tannins.
