A natural red wine made from 100% Muscat Bailey A grapes grown in Katsunuma's renowned vineyards

Made from 100% Muscat Bailey A grapes grown in the trellis-trained vineyards of Torii-daira and Hishiyama Kyuryo districts, and Shimo-Iwasaki and Todoroki Hikawa districts in Katsunuma Town.
No antioxidants, enzymes, nutrients, fining agents, etc. are added. Fermented with wild yeast and aged unfiltered in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels.

You will notice pleasant berry aromas, spice notes from the barrel, and a complex bouquet.
It pairs well with lean meat dishes, stews, and simply seasoned pork or chicken dishes.
