Made with 100% Muscat Bailey A grapes grown by Masahiko Yokouchi, a contracted farmer in the Hosaka region of Nirasaki City.

It has a gentle aroma of strawberry jam with a hint of oak.
This is a charming wine with a good balance of fruitiness, soft tannins, and acidity.

It pairs well with dishes using soy sauce or miso, as well as hamburgers, pork shogayaki (ginger pork), and chicken teriyaki.
