This is a standard cuvée carefully crafted from Muscat BaileyA grapes grown specifically for winemaking under the guidance of Mr. Jin Ikegawa of Team Kizvin.

After cold maceration, it is fermented and aged for 17 months in French and American oak barrels.
Upon opening, red fruit aromas emerge over time, the oak is not overpowering, and the palate is filled with youthful acidity and rich fruit flavors of dark cherry and strawberry.
The finish is clean and refreshing, making it a red wine you won't tire of.
