Based on his own unique cultivation theory, Mr. Ikegawa has continued to grow delicious grapes for eating fresh. The concentrated grapes he produces allow you to experience the original fruitiness of Berry A without the need for barrel aging.

Chateau Sakaori Winery was opened in May 1991 by the Kinoshita Group, an importer and retailer of Western liquor, in Sakaori , overlooking Kofu city. Based on the group's motto of "selecting the finest liquors in the world," the winery exchanges information on the latest wine-making techniques using equipment imported from various countries and a network with 29 manufacturers in 11 countries .
