"Bucci" is a special cuvée that has been continuously crafted since the 2021 COVID-19 pandemic, using Muscat Bailey A grapes grown in the vineyard of Mr. Masato Suzuki, former chairman of the Kaminoyama Wine Grape Growers' Association.

Beyond the high cultivation standards of the entire association, Mr. Suzuki's beautiful vineyard, cultivated using the "Ichimonji Tansho-Jitate" (single-cane short-pruning) method, is particularly impressive, with his meticulous work clearly reflected in the quality of the grapes.
For the 2024 vintage, the fourth year, the yield was limited due to prolonged rain from the autumn rain front, but this allowed for the successful harvesting of highly ripe and concentrated fruit.

With Mr. Hayato Suzuki, his son, taking over from 2023, Kaminoyama now has an environment where next-generation successors, including brewer Meguro, are striving to improve their craft, raising expectations for further quality enhancement. This vintage beautifully balances concentrated fruitiness, elegant acidity, and rich umami, resulting in the most well-balanced finish to date.

While possessing the potential to rival the top cuvée "Nero," the price has been deliberately kept low under the concept of "wanting more people to enjoy it easily and accessibly."
