Bucci is a special cuvée that has been continuously crafted since the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, using Muscat Bailey A grapes grown in the vineyard of Mr. Masato Suzuki, former chairman of the Kaminoyama Wine Grape Producers' Association.

While the association as a whole boasts high cultivation standards, Mr. Suzuki's beautiful "Ichimonji Tanasho" pruning method vineyards are particularly impressive, with his meticulous work clearly reflected in the quality of the grapes.
For the 2024 vintage, its fourth year, yields were limited due to prolonged rain from the autumn rainy season. However, this allowed for the successful harvesting of highly concentrated, ripe fruit.

Since 2023, his son, Hayato, has taken over, and in Kaminoyama, a competitive environment has been fostered among successors of the same generation as winemaker Meguro, raising expectations for further quality improvements. This vintage beautifully balances concentrated fruitiness with elegant acidity and rich umami, making it the most well-balanced release to date.

Despite possessing potential comparable to our top cuvée "Nero," the price has been deliberately kept low with the concept of "making it more accessible and enjoyable for a wider audience."
While it offers immediate soft charm, an additional two years of aging will allow for even greater integration, depth, and a blossoming unity of aroma and acidity. Experience the true essence of Muscat Bailey A with this one bottle.

Fattoria AL FIORE produces wine by renovating a former school gymnasium in Miyagi Prefecture.
Aiming to "remain a wine that expresses the grapes as they are," they focus not on superficial impact but on a pure transmission of inherent goodness that, though not flashy, reveals itself with each taste. They produce natural wines without added sugar, added acid, sulfites, or filtering.
