Momo is a rosé sparkling wine defined as a blend of white grapes with Muscat Bailey A, a grape variety developed in Japan.

It primarily features Muscat Bailey A, which offers a strong strawberry-like fruitiness, blended with Seyval, which is packed with tropical fruit notes.

While the effervescence is relatively mild, it's a wine that skillfully leverages the characteristics derived from its grape varieties.
Even if the gas dissipates, it can still be enjoyed chilled as a rosé wine, so please enjoy it at various times.

Fattoria AL FIORE operates its winemaking in a renovated gymnasium of a closed school in Miyagi Prefecture.
Aiming to "remain a wine that expresses the grapes as they are," they strive for wines that, rather than strong superficial impact, reveal their inherent goodness purely as you savor them, without flashiness. They produce natural wines that are additive-free (no added sugar or acid), sulfur-free, and unfiltered.
