Cantina is an Italian word that means a small winery that makes wine from grapes grown in its own vineyards.
The winery is located at an altitude of 750m on a hill in Makioka-cho, Yamanashi City, one of Japan's leading grape-producing regions. With its numerous ridgelines and the towering Mount Fuji, on the slopes below you can see vineyards that have been passed down along with the history of this region.
The colorful expressions of the sky and the earth, the wind blowing through the hills, and the smell of the soil.
