After the maceration fermentation, malolactic fermentation takes place in small barrels, and slow aging increases the wine's softness.
It features a harmonious flavor, with a Beaujolais-like fruitiness and the inherent juiciness of the grapes.
The Fujiclair series is a wine series that utilizes the blessings of the magnificent Mt. Fuji and the rich terroir of Yamanashi.
By maximizing the characteristics of the grapes and adding depth and flavor, we aim to create wines that pair well with Japanese cuisine.
