Kyo-eidou's 2021 Autumn Release Clairé

This wine is primarily made from 2021 Muscat Bailey A, with Kyoho, Koshu, and Merlot, aged for approximately 10 months in medium and small barrels.

It has a pale madder red color.
It offers aromas of melon with delicate notes of lychee and grapefruit, pear, raspberry, and violet, along with a prominent herbal presence of thyme.

The palate is light, with green aromas filling the mouth.
As the temperature rises, aromas of red fruit and cedar/nut gradually emerge, and the finish is milky with a slight hint of pink peppercorn spice.

Please enjoy at a low temperature in a slender glass.
