Muscat Bailey A, made with carbonic maceration (MC), skin contact (mash), and juice fermentation, then aged in medium barrels for about 1-2 months.
Aromas of strawberry and berry fruits with a hint of herbs.
Rich acidity and a gentle, mouth-filling umami.
Pairs well with duck hot pot or red meat steaks.
