Made with Muscat Bailey A from Katsunuma Town and Makunagi Town, and Kyoho grapes.
The Muscat Bailey A undergoes a short period of mash fermentation, while the Kyoho grapes are fermented as juice in stainless steel, then aged in large barrels.

Slightly cloudy, pale azuki red color.
A diverse aroma of melon, pineapple, cherry, rose, dill, licorice, coconut, and vanilla.

The palate is refreshing, with notes of dill and slightly firm tomato, and as it breathes, coconut and vanilla aromas emerge.
The finish, combined with its green notes, evokes the image of cut flowers.

The flavor will complement the aroma, so please enjoy it slowly in a large glass.
