[Kuramunbon Rose 2023]

A refreshing, dry rosé wine with a fruity aroma that spreads in the mouth.

This rosé wine is fermented at low temperatures using the Muscat Bailey A saignée juice ( juice extracted when the fruit has just developed a slight color ) used to make Curambon Bailey A.
We use natural yeast found on the grape skins.

It has a scent reminiscent of dried apricots and flowers, a well-balanced light fruitiness and refreshing acidity, with a slight astringency as an accent.
The lingering fragrance is also felt for a long time.
