A well-balanced, cost-effective red wine

Muscat Bailey A from Katsunuma and Ichinomiya towns in Yamanashi Prefecture is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, and a portion is aged in new oak barrels and then blended.

The refreshing aroma of red fruits such as strawberries and a pleasant acidity, along with subtle notes of bitter chocolate and coffee derived from the barrel, add depth to the flavor.

Midaigawa Winery is a new winery established by Miyairi Valve, a general manufacturer of valves used in LP gas cylinders, leveraging their long-cultivated industrial technology.
Utilizing their accumulated industrial expertise, they employ their self-developed brewing equipment to carefully ferment Koshu and Marselan grapes, grown in stony, well-drained soil.
It is a new Yamanashi wine that combines technology and nature.
