For this Berry A, we aimed to depart from cuteness by using the pomace from Renata (from the same region) for ripasso, giving it a sepia impression.
We considered and expressed how to achieve the right balance of stimulation to the sense of smell and taste that evokes cherished childhood memories.

Natan Winery is an extremely small winery operated by female winemaker Ms. Namika Inoshita.
She worked as a sommelier, but wanting to learn more about wine, she chose the path of wine production and started making wine in Tokushima Prefecture in 2021.

Natan Winery's wines are "additive-free," "unfined," and "unfiltered," with little to no added sulfites.
Their philosophy is to bring out the unique characteristics of each grape, relying not on additives but on environmental resources such as temperature and gases to enhance the flavor.
They produce natural wines that allow you to taste the ingredients as they are.
