Natan Winery is an extremely small winery operated by female winemaker Ms. Namika Inoshita.
She used to run a wine business as a sommelier, but wanting to know more about wine, she chose the path of wine production and started making wine in Tokushima Prefecture in 2021.

Natan Winery's wines are "additive-free," "unfined," and "unfiltered," with minimal or no added sulfites.
Their basic philosophy is to bring out the unique characteristics of each grape, without relying on additives, and to enhance the flavors using environmental resources such as temperature and gases.
They produce natural wines that allow you to taste the raw, unadulterated ingredients.
