Muscat Bailey A from Yamanashi City is fermented with natural yeast, stored in stainless steel tanks for a short period of time, and a small amount of back vintage from our own fields is blended.
Very little sulfite is added.

Fruit incense of strawberries and cherries and a pleasant acidity.
