After primary fermentation, yeast and cane sugar are added to the wine and bottled, then slowly fermented in the bottle for approximately seven months.
Each bottle undergoes manual disgorgement to remove lees, resulting in a clear and crisp taste.

When poured into a glass, its striking rose color catches the eye.
The fine natural bubbles spread pleasantly, offering a refreshing and light drinking experience that can be enjoyed effortlessly even in hot weather.

Since its launch in 2023, this popular wine has received continuous requests for a repeat.
It's a new kind of sparkling wine to be enjoyed chilled, casually and unpretentiously, gulp by gulp.

Only a very small amount of sulfites (antioxidant) are used at bottling.

Perfect for summer afternoons or as an aperitif, it also pairs well with light appetizers, salads, and seafood dishes.
