Made with Muscat Bailey A from Yamagata Prefecture and Campbell's from our own farm.
This wine is made by destemming and crushing the grapes and then macerating them on the skins for 80 days.

Considering the wide range of food compatibility, the flavor is based on Muscat Bailey A, with ripe berries, roasted coffee, and the juicy Campbell's unique umami and acidity that spreads in the mouth.
Campbell's fragrant sparkling beer goes well with a variety of aromatic dishes, including ethnic and Chinese cuisine.

This time, we reduced the amount of stirring and left the wine to extract the rich fruitiness that is unique to cold maceration, so you can enjoy the deep flavor of the wine itself even after the gas in the bottle has decreased after opening. This is a two-stage delicious wine that you can enjoy the lively taste when you open it and the delicious taste of the wine itself after opening it.

This wine has undergone a slight MLF in the bottle, so please enjoy its unique flavor.
There is a possibility that the gas produced may be strong, so please chill thoroughly, open slowly, and enjoy.
