After the saignéed juice has completed natural fermentation, it is bottled with minimal filtration before undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle.

When you open it, there is a slight fizzing sensation of gas.
A spring-like wine with a cherry-like aroma.

Place the bottle upright to allow the sediment to settle, then chill thoroughly before opening.
